Vast Distributors LLC – E-commerce Return Policy & Procedures


Vast Concepts offers a 14 day returns & refund policy for all products, effective from the date of sale. All parts must be returned in the original packaging, with all supplied parts, cannot be damaged (scratched, dented, etc.) or installed and must be in the original new condition as received. Only products with a Vast Concepts approved and issued Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) will be accepted, buyer is responsible for labeling the return package with the issued RMA #.


14 Days - Any returns within 14 days will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and eligible for a full purchase price refund MINUS return shipping (no restocking fee).

 

The customer is responsible for the return cost to ship the product back to Vast Concepts facilities on all returns excluding warranties.

 

For all returns due to a product defect, please see our warranty policy below. If the return is accepted under our warranty policy, the customer will receive a full refund and the return cost to ship the product will be covered by the buyer. If the return is not accepted under our warranty policy, the normal return policy stated above will apply. To submit a warranty claim, please contact us.


If there are any issues regarding a return, Customer Service will contact the customer. If a refund is to be issued, it will be processed within 2 business days and the customer will be notified. Customers who used their credit card to purchase should contact their card issuer to determine the average timeframe for when the refund will be posted.


To initiate a return, the customer will need their order confirmation number, along with the email address associated with the order. If the customer does not have their order number, they can let us know.

Vast Concepts offers a 1-year warranty limited warranty, after purchase on most products. Cases should be handled case-by-case, please contact us at Support@VastConceptsNA.com or through our contact page.

 

This warranty does not apply to any product which has been installed on any product which has been improperly installed, altered, or subjected to misuse determined on a case-by-case basis.
