Shipping policy

Processing times: The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies but is typically less than 1 day for in stock product and 3 days for made to order products. For details, see individual product listings.

Monday - Saturday 5 AM - 8 PM EST

Orders must be placed by 12 EST for same day shipping on stock items.

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

 

Order Tracking: Once your order is placed your order confirmation and details will be emailed to your provided email address. You will also be emailed tracking details when your order has been shipped.

You may also track your order status at any given time by creating an account OR by entering your order details in our "Track My Order" feature located in our chat.

Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation for your package has not updated in a few days. USPS delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sort facility or your local Post Office.
